All nice and exciting to be heading off on our journey south tonight. We
have all day to finish mowing bits of lawn and pack up everything. I
have already started putting things in the back of ‘Scamp’ and behind
the drum of water that is extra weight to help keeping the back down. We
are taking the tent and camping articles but I really don’t see us using
them unless really necessary. The weather has just recently turned a lot
colder but we are taking lots of comfortable clothes. Just hope the
rains don’t get too much over this next month although this will provide
the kind of weather that one must expect.
